Come see how the 'owners' enjoy beach-side vacationing with ease! It's a spacious studio condo/apt with a brand new, comfy Murphy bed that unfolds out and a pull out sleeper sofa bed/sectional. Sleeps 4 people total, condo is on the first floor/Ground floor. Walks out to a heated community pool and the beach. The space Large ground floor studio with a full kitchen and bathroom. The Murphy bed unfolds from the wall for sleeping 2, and it has a pull out sofa bed for 2 more. Beach Access is just a few steps away and the resort pool is right outside. Distance from Beach: Beach is located across a few beach parking spots from the Condo and over the dunes (boardwalk): 125 feet +/- to the beach 300 +/- feet to the water. Units 100-400 are around the pool, Units 500-800 are around the shuffleboard Court. This is Friendly Native unit # 401 in building 400. Please see the main picture with Friendly Native Condos circled to gauge distance. It's super close! Guest access Electronic door lock for flexible check-ins Wi-fi & cable tv is included. Bed Linens & bath towels are included. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities onsite and routine housekeeping services are not included with these vacation rentals. Laundromat is close-by. Beach Towels are available to rent @ $5 each from ACT Vacation Rentals, please let us know if you are interested. Beach Cabanas, chairs and umbrellas are available for rent directly in front of condos, on the beach. There are also plenty of beach stores within walking distance, to pick up any beach essentials. There is a community charcoal BBQ area on site as well as bike racks. A close walk to many beach restaurants and bars. Shopping is close by. Many guests do not bring a car, however 1 electronic parking permit is included with your stay, if needed! Sorry, no pets/animals allowed per HOA. Strongly enforced.
