"Ulivo" apartment

Nestled between the hills of the medieval town of Ostra, in the middle of nature but at the same time a 15-minute walk away from the town, you can find our small but cosy B&B L'Antica Colombaia. With Senigallia town center and its beautiful beaches only a 20-minute drive away. The space The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a direct connection to the shared garden via the covered private terrace where you can eat outside and enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility. The apartment is suitable for 3 people and is fully equipped. It has a kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror. Towels and bed linen are included and ready upon arrival. We change the towels twice a week and the apartment is fully cleaned once a week. Guest access L'Antica Colombaia is surrounded by a fully enclosed garden with grass and gravel. Our olive grove with 80 olive trees is adjacent to the garden, which you can enjoy walking through. There are several fruit trees in our vegetable garden. During the warm long summer evenings you can relax in various places in the garden and use the barbecue. Other things to note There are several animals to be found in and around our accommodation. This is why we choose not to allow other pets. Our two (very cheerful) dogs can regularly be found in the garden. If our guests wish that we keep them at distance, of course this is no problem. Unfortunately, this is a bit more difficult with our (very cuddly) house cat Tom, since he, like a cat does, does not respect the privacy of others and likes to demand all the attention. He has won the hearts of our guests many times over the years. But we do feel compelled to point out that we may not be the right place for people with fear or allergy to cats.
