The Secret Figtree Cottage is an environmentally responsibly set up and maintained guest house located in Clare, less than 100m away from the Riesling Trail, and 300m to the Main st. The 1860s building invites you to enjoy a wood fire in winter, and a beautiful garden in summer. With hot outdoor shower you will lose the sense of time and find yourself indulging in the magic of the Secret Figtree. The space The cottage has 2 bedrooms - queen and king size beds, both equipped with electric blankets for cooler season. The kitchen and shared meal space is a wonderful area for spending time together around food - full size fridge, garden views, convection microwave, tea & coffee facilities. The living room is the gem of the house - wood fire for winters, beautiful light for summers provide a wonderful opportunity for a cosy evening after exploring the region. Guest access You are invited to indulge in the entire property, including the garden and discover the tiny secret garden. Any spaces that we request visitors to stay away from will be locked (garage and woodyard) Other things to note The cottage and garden is not suitable for children under the age of 10.
