It is a warm and authentic farmhouse from 1778, quiet, carefully renovated, enjoying all modern comforts, not overlooked, with a great view of the mountains. For your summer walks (hiking and biking) it is in the heart of the Écrins National Park and 15 minutes by car from the superb 18-hole Gap-Bayard Golf Course. Other things to note - The accommodation is heated by underfloor heating + inert heaters as well as a wood-burning stove in the living room, which will give you a very intimate and warm atmosphere. - The house includes an independent 2-room apartment, accessible from the back of the house and rented year-round.
