This guest house is located behind our private residence. You will have a private balcony but no access to the yard. However, there is a nearby playground and lots of local parks. We also do not allow access to our pool. There are several Woodlands area pools that charge a small day rate, or Splash Town water park (16 miles away). Parking is limited: One covered parking area near the apartment and one on the street in front of our personal home. Other things to note *This upstairs guest house stands adjacent to our 2nd guest house. * We have a small dog on our premise but she will not have access to anywhere near this guest house. *Parking is limited to only two vehicles.
