For your alfresco meals, a fully equipped summer kitchen awaits, facing a breathtaking landscape. A bright and refined interior The villa is broken down into two parts. First of all, a spacious living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows offering panoramic views of the Étang de Thau. The space opens harmoniously to the outside, creating a perfect transition between inside and outside. Out of season, enjoy the fireplace for warm moments. The kitchen is fully equipped, very large, perfect for cooking and enjoying excellent dishes during your stay. A veranda accessible from the living room allows you to enjoy the outdoors even if the weather is not favorable! The staircase of this first part of the house takes you to two master bedrooms. The first equipped with a queen size bed (160*200) with en-suite bathroom and toilet. The second, larger, equipped with a queen size bed (160*200) with a bathroom composed of a bathtub, shower and separate toilet. Upstairs is an additional sleeping area equipped with a bed (160*200) whose terrace leads you to the most beautiful view of the house. The last two bedrooms are in the other part of the house on the inner courtyard side. Opening the door, you access the 4th bedroom equipped with a queen size bed (160*200), a separate toilet, a third bathroom equipped with a shower and finally the last bedroom of the house equipped with a queen size bed also (160*200).
