The villa is located on the seafront at Cala Caterina. Surrounded by the perfumed and characteristic Mediterranean maquis, the property has a private pool and a really small beach in front, which only has access from the sea and is shared with one neighboring villa. The land is part of the marine protected natural park of Capo Carbonara. The space ~ The villa is made up of one main building and two indipendent apartments. 
 In the main building, there is a large sitting room with feature hanging fireplace, and a patio overlooking the sea Complete the main building a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and two other double bedrooms that share a bathroom, a single room with a side bathroom and a kitchen. There is also a small laundry area. The 2 apartment (dependance) has a king-sized bed, one single bed, a bathroom, and kitchenette. The access is direct from to the garden. ~ The villa surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis has a rooftop terrace, a pool and 4 private parking. ~ Kitchen has fridge, freezer, cookers and oven. Obviously you can have also microwave, toaster and coffee machine. ~ House has wifi connection. ~ The villa can be heated and cooled by air conditioning. ~ The linen (sheets and towels) is included for each guest and is sanitized and sanitized. Guest access ~ The Villa is completely available to our guests and obviously the patios and the garden. ~ We personally welcome you, show you the house and give you the keys. ~ At check in time we will ask you for your passport or ID. Other things to note * Safety and health are a priority for us. Consider that nobody of us live nearby and we need to plan your arrival time in advance * No cleaning service and linen change are provide during your stay. In case you need, must be requested in advance and the price is 500 euro while the price for the line is 10 euro each person. * Other services available upon request (fees will apply): Crib and sheets: euro 5 per day (you can pay it at check in time) * On request, only when you are reserving the flat, you could reserve your beach towels at the price of 5 euro/per beach towels for your entire holiday. * In case you lost the keys we'll ask for a refund of 100 euros from your deposit. * We collaborate with a good Cab Company that respects the standard fixed price. In case you want to reserve this service, the driver will wait for you in the airport's meeting point showing a sign with your name. Then he will bring you directly to the house.
