The space This beautiful 2-bedroom apartment is set within the newly built Royal Sands development at the end of Marina Esplanade, Ramsgate – right on the seafront and moments from the beach. Spacious, modern, and full of natural light, the apartment offers a true home-from-home experience with stunning sea views throughout. There are two bathrooms (including a master ensuite), an open-plan kitchen/living space, and a large balcony perfect for your morning coffee or evening wine. Access is easy via lift from the underground car park or through the ground floor entrance. Clean linens, towels, Wi-Fi, and all modern appliances are included, plus toys and games for downtime. Ramsgate’s Royal Harbour, historic attractions, and coastal walks are right on your doorstep – the ideal base for a relaxing seaside escape. Guest access You will have the entire and private use of the apartment. On your arrival date you will be given 2 codes to access the apartment - then just let yourself in. We are on the 2nd floor but have a lift to help with luggage etc... Secure underground parking is included in the rate and details of how to access this will be provided. Please note: there is only space for 1 car, however there are several 'pay & display' car parks right outside the building as you drive in. Other things to note The windows and balcony doors all lock from the inside. If you need us during your visit, we are local so feel free to reach out to us. We do not supply travel cots or high chairs for insurance purposes. The TVs are smart TVs with regular apps such as freeview, BBC, ITV etc...
