The hellofamily© concept is a house in the countryside, 2 hours from Paris, perfectly designed for families with children or colleagues to meet. La Maison Héléna combines the charm of the old (beams, fireplaces), cosy decor, modern comforts (7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, high-end bedding, open-plan kitchen), on-site activities (heated/secure swimming pool, padel tennis, pétanque, trampoline, games room, pool table, karaoke, etc.) and on-demand service. Includes housekeeping, bed linen, towels and bed-making. The space IMPORTANT: Stag and hen parties and other parties are not allowed out of respect for the neighbours (quiet hamlet). A magnificent Burgundian longère of 370 m², fully renovated, with large indoor living spaces (open-plan and fully equipped kitchen, several lounges, games room, veranda), as well as 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 6 toilets, for comfort and privacy. Everything is designed for you and your children to have a good time together: billiards, karaoke, Nintendo Switch with Mario Kart for 4 players, Netflix, card games, poker, board games, comics, puzzles... And to make life easier, we provide 2 Babybjörn travel cots, 2 high chairs, a baby bath and changing tables free of charge. Not to mention a unique outdoor area with a 4,000 m² garden, a heated (May–Sept) and secure swimming pool (with a barrier around it + an electric cover), a padel court on the property just for you (rackets and balls provided), and a terrace with a barbecue and pétanque for your convivial moments. Trampoline, swings, mini football goals and lots of games for children. Private parking on the property is also available. NB: For weekend rentals (excluding July–August), late check-out is included and offered: you can enjoy the house until 6 p.m.! Guest access The entire estate is yours. The house, its garden, swimming pool, paddle tennis court and other activities are fully privatized for you. Other things to note Check-in: 5 p.m. - 9 p.m. The housekeeper will be there to welcome you and show you around the house. If the house is ready earlier, we will let you know so that you can arrive sooner. Self check-in via a key box is possible if you arrive later. Checkout: For weekly rentals on Saturdays (July–August): 10:00 For weekends on Sundays or long weekends, late check-out is included and offered: you can stay until 6 p.m.!
