If you are looking for a secret place, quiet, in a contemporary style, and design, escape to Lozère, and stay with family or friends (11 people) in a preserved, comfortable, modern and very well-equipped setting, conducive to escape and disconnection. The space This 150 m2 designer and nature villa has just been completed. It can accommodate 11 people, on 2 levels. On the ground floor is an entrance and a toilet with hand basin, as well as a laundry room. Then the space is reserved for the living area of more than 50 m2 in which there is the dining room that can accommodate 11 guests, the living room with leather sofa, and the fully integrated designer kitchen with high-end amenities. All bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds (160), and are over 15 m2 each. A master suite is located on the ground floor for 2 people with an open bathroom with a vanity, walk-in shower and bathtub in a very stylish style, as well as access to the terrace and jacuzzi. Upstairs there is another master suite for 2 people, with an open bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, south facing with panoramic mountain views. A 3 rd bedroom, still on the south side with panoramic mountain views, can accommodate 3 people in a double bed (160), and a single bed (90). The 4th bedroom can accommodate 4 people, with a double bed that can be separated into 2 single beds if needed, each 80, and 2 bunk beds, each 90. The last 2 bedrooms on the floor have a shared bathroom with sliding door, equipped with a large double sink and bathtub. A toilet completes the floor. Finally, the exterior with its wooden terrace and a splendid view of the mountains, will allow you to enjoy the Jacuzzi in summer and winter as well as all the amenities at your disposal (deckchair, lounge, gas barbecue). All you have to do is settle in, disconnect and listen to the birds singing for an unforgettable vacation. SERVICE INCLUDED IN THE RATE: All charges are included (water, electricity, heating). All living rooms are equipped with reversible air conditioning for summer and winter. Bed, bath and house linens are provided. WiFi access with a wired network connection allows you to enjoy a perfect connection with excellent speed. Upon arrival, a welcome gift will be offered to you. On your departure, the house must be returned in a perfect state of cleanliness, we can do the cleaning for you. €120 fee. Please specify when booking. Our animal friends are welcome, up to a limit of 2, at no extra cost but with rules of good behavior and respect for the premises.
