Welcome – to the quietly located, stylish and spacious apartment B28. The 65 square meter apartment is located in Chemnitz in the district of Einsiedel – the gateway to the Ore Mountains. In the apartment, up to 4 guests (+1 baby) will find everything they need for a carefree stay. Thanks to its location, it is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Ore Mountains or to Chemnitz, Leipzig and Dresden, whether by car, bicycle or the public transport within walking distance. The space In apartment B28 you will find a very large living room with kitchen, dining and living area. The living area has a cozy corner sofa, two armchairs and a 55-inch TV. For dining or working, there is a dining table for up to 8 people. A special highlight is the huge, fully equipped kitchen. The living room is connected to the bedroom with the box-spring bed (1.80 x 2 m). Two more people can sleep on the pull-out sofa (with box spring suspension incl. cold foam topper) in the living room a comfortable sleeping place (1.50 x 2.2 m). Linens for all sleeping options are of course provided. To store your luggage, there are two dressers, a large clothes rack and a wardrobe in the bedroom. There is another wardrobe and a shoe rack in the apartment hallway. In the bathroom, there is a toilet, shower and bathtub. Towels and a hairdryer are available here for you. The paved backyard serves as the terrace of the house and is available for your free use. This is equipped with a seating area. A washing machine is available at a charge. Guest access You can reach your apartment on the first floor via the building entrance and hallway. It has its own apartment door. Other things to note All rooms have underfloor heating and privacy pleated blinds. So that you can sleep well, the bedroom and living room can also be completely darkened.
