Quiet courtyard apartment and yet you are here: in the middle of the action - and in the middle of the trendy district of Lend! Close to the city center, sights, grocery stores, restaurants... everything. Just around the corner is the very popular farmers' market on Lendplatz. Main square on foot - less than 10 minutes away. Central station is a 20-minute walk, 10 minutes by public transport. Enjoy a few days in Graz without a car! Everything is easily accessible on foot or by public transport! The space The newly renovated apartment is located in a quiet, quaint courtyard and in the trendy Lend district. There's always something going on here! Be it in the morning the farmers' market or the other interesting shops, sights and numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. In the evening, there is usually a lot of hustle and bustle on the street - but the apartment in the backyard is still pleasantly quiet. The pedestrian zone begins in just a few steps, and it is a very nice short walk over the Murinsel or the Mursteg to the city center or to the clock tower. The apartment itself is an old building with a very nice old vault. At that time there were no tall people - the door frame to the living room is about 190 cm high. Very tall guests must be careful here! ;) But the apartment is very pleasantly cool in midsummer! Guest access You own the whole apartment. Since it is quite compact at just under 35 m², we have placed the washing machine and microwave in the anteroom on the first floor for reasons of space. The washing machine and microwave are shared with another guest apartment. The bed is 1.40 m wide and the sofa bed is 1.20 m 3 adults + 1 child should have space in the apartment. If necessary, we can provide a mattress. Other things to note In Graz, a tourist tax of 1.50 per person per night is required. Unfortunately, this money cannot be charged directly via Airbnb, so please pay the money in cash upon arrival or leave it on the table upon departure. If you are coming by car: We have a blue zone in Graz - expensive and max. 3 hours parking is allowed. Fees apply on weekdays, Monday - Friday, from 9 am - 8 pm and Saturday from 9 am - 1 pm. A little further north from us, the green zone begins, as it is cheaper and parking for several days is allowed there. (9 euros / day) on weekdays, Monday - Friday, from 9 am - 8 pm At Lendplatz - very close by - there is a parking garage. (15 euros/24 hours) Shops are closed on Sundays. There is a Spar at the main train station which is also open on Sundays from 6 am - 10 pm. The Spar on Lendplatz is open Mon-Fri until 9 pm. Otherwise, most stores close at 6-7 pm. These shops can be found near us: Hofer, Billa, Spar, Bipa, DM, Penny, Libro, Kik, pharmacies, tobacconists... The popular farmers' market on Lendplatz - Mon-Sat mornings, where there are vegetables, fruits, meat, fish, bread, pumpkin seed oil, cakes...
