Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay situated in a relaxed explorers park. Access to facilities through guest passes or day ticket for fishing. Park facilities include bar/restaurant with outside dinning, pool, small shop, large dog field, woodland walk, children's play areas, well stocked fishing lake, and laundry facility. The Park is a 10 min drive from Hastings sea front, and close to local historic places to visit including, Battle, Rye, Bodiam, and Pevensey Bay The space Our holiday home is the perfect place to relax and unwind with something to do for the whole family. Enjoy the onsite facilities with clubhouse, entertainment and swimming pool just a few steps away (Guest passes are required and the cost depends on duration of stay and time of year). (During the Winter period the Bar may have reduced opening hours, Restaurant may not open subject to needs, Pool may be closed some of the time at the discretion of the Park). The Park boasts a well-stocked fishing lake which guests can use through a purchase of day ticket which are £10, £25, £30, or £40 for 1 day, 3 days, 4 days and 7 days respectively (rod license also required). Alternatively explore the sights and local attractions of Hastings and the surrounding area of historic East Sussex. In addition the Holiday Park is partnered with Carr-Taylor who are a multi award winning wine maker. Guests are able to book a tour of the working vineyard at 20% discount (must have purchased guest passes) by booking a tour through reception. Our holiday home is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart TV and free WiFi. As a self-catering holiday home, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, hob, oven, kettle, microwave and a toaster. If you wish to leave the catering to others food is available within the clubhouse or there are plenty of local pubs/dining facilities to choose from. Our holiday home has 2 bedrooms and can sleep 6. In the main bedroom, you will find a double bed, large wardrobe, vanity area including mirror and en-suite shower room with toilet and sink. The second bedroom has two single beds and wardrobe. We also have a pull out sofa bed to allowing sleeping for up to 6 people. The 2nd bathroom has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower. Bed Linen is included to make your stay more enjoyable.
