I offer a super-equipped apartment for short-term rent. It has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a bedroom with double bed. The apartment has an equipped bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen, so it is also suitable for longer stays. The apartment has a view of the park (fall bars, children's playground). It is located near the city center and many types of shops are within walking distance. Public transport stop (2 minutes) that will take you directly to the city center (5 minutes). Other things to note Local tourist tax paid before entering the accommodation 2.5EUR/PERSON/NIGHT by bank transfer to the account. Must provide a valid ID. Everyone is welcome, but rules such as no smoking, no damaging property, no providing erotic services, no taking photos/filming and no engaging in any criminal activity must be observed. In case of non-compliance with the conditions, your stay will be terminated without a refund. Possibility of issuing an invoice. The prices listed are valid for 2 nights or more. Possibility of staying for 1 night by mutual agreement. I prefer contactless check-in.
