The space This iconic property is divided into four exclusive residences, each offering unique character and complete privacy. The LOFT, entirely yours to enjoy, includes a bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and built-in wardrobe, plus an additional queen bed (160x200) in a separate area. The LOFT features a private garage for cars and motorbikes. The entrance opens onto a spacious living area with a fully equipped, eat-in kitchen, comfortable sofa, and a desk for work or leisure. Outside, enjoy a private BBQ area within the property’s sunlit park, complete with garden, solarium, dining table, and panoramic views of the valley—perfect for unforgettable moments in the warmer months. Guest access Our very welcome guests have access to the LOFT and private garage. They also have a shared outdoor BBQ area. Other things to note The BBQ works with charcoal not included. We can organize boat tours or boat rental without a license on Lake Como with our business partner. You will be able to take long walks in the renowned Muggio Valley, where you will find typical Ticino grottos or inns where you can stop for a break or a lunch with local food.
