Other things to note -Booking inquiries may be denied at host's discretion if they leave the space vacant for more than 3 consecutive days between bookings. -Washer and dryer are pay per use and shared by other residents in the building. -We do not provide streaming services with the TV. (The internet is 100 mbps.) -We provide pillows, bed sheets, towels and hangers for your convenience. We also supply one roll of toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, some hand soap, dish soap, dish detergent and a couple of trash bags to get you started for your month+stay. (We do not provide paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or laundry detergent) -No mail service. (Guests may receive UPS and Fed Ex just not USPS.) -There are five off street parking spots for all guests in the building. The rest is street parking.
