The space Nestled on the first floor of a 19th-century manor house, accessible by a magnificent French-style staircase and completely independent, the Gîte Côté Parc offers an atmosphere steeped in history. There you will find: a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen area, 2 bedrooms each with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a bathroom with shower and a private balcony overlooking the park with its century-old trees, a special place to read, breathe and reconnect with nature. With an area of 70 m², the Gîte Côté Parc can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people thanks to its 2 bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room. Bikes are available on request to take the greenway 200 m from the Domaine and discover the Ariège countryside in complete freedom. Ideally located, just 5 minutes from the medieval center of Mirepoix, the Gîte Côté Parc is the perfect base for exploring Cathar castles, hiking, and charming villages. It also allows you to easily reach the major destinations nearby (Toulouse, Andorra, Ax-les-Thermes, Carcassonne).
