The accommodation is obtained by dividing the house inhabited by the owners, with whom you share the garden and the company of Astrid, their Labrador. Public parking is a short walk from the property. We are in the small town of Rosia, equipped with all services, 20 minutes from Siena, 1 hour from Florence, 1 hour from Grosseto and its beautiful coast. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings of Siena, Chianti, Crete Senesi, Val d'Orcia, Maremma and various spas. The space The accommodation has a bright kitchen/living room with terrace (in summer equipped with a small table with chairs), a double bedroom, a single bedroom but with the possibility of a second bed, spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. Small hallway with coat rack and shoe rack. Other things to note Our municipality charges a tourist tax of €1.50 per person (over 12 years) for a maximum of 6 nights, to be paid on site upon arrival.
