This farm cottage was completely refurnished 18mths ago (2020). Its modern open plan layout makes it the perfect holiday retreat. Situated in rural Norfolk on a working farm of arable & livestock making it the perfect place to get away & unwind. Local tourist attractions are just a short drive away & only 30mins to the nearest glorious beach & the Norfolk coast! The cottage offers modern living, open plan & extra benefits of a playroom & hot tub. The space This is a one level recently completely refurbished cottage (2020) situated on a working farm in the rural countryside of Norfolk. Located in a convenient part of Norfolk just outside the delightful market town of Reepham. Its easy access to the stunning Norfolk Coastlines, National Trust properties, beautiful walks & cycle paths as well as numerous fantastic children's attractions will help make this perfect for the whole family. Nothing is more than a 30min drive away & if you like walking or cycling then Marriots Way is on your doorstep. The cottage offers modern open plan living, with 3 bedrooms including an en-suite bathroom for the master bedroom. The bedrooms are king, twin (or double king as twin beds can be zipped together on request. Please request at time of booking) & a bunk bed room. Bunk beds are full size so would sleep adults. All offer storage & space for your belongings. There is a separate games room offering smart TV & games console (PS4) so the children can have their own space if wanted. The hot tub situated out on your patio offers total relaxation. The living space is open plan with new modern kitchen, dining table, beautiful comfy corner sofa & smart TV. Outside there is a large enclosed garden so your four legged friend can’t escape. There is also an outside kennel & run to let your dog dry off if needed from your walk. (Conditions apply) The patio has outdoor seating & a BBQ. The hot tub can complete your stay if desired with total relaxation & just perfect for star gazing at night. (We can’t guarantee the hot tub will be up to full temp on your first night due to time scales with emptying & refilling between guests but we try our best.) Guest access All areas. Other things to note Blackout blind provided for either the twin or bunk bed room if needed. Hardwood floors throughout so slippers in the winter months would be good. Also flip flops for walking to the hot tub are recommended.
