Surrounded by nature, teeming with bird life, this is the perfect spot for both those seeking adventures outdoors or those seeking a quiet retreat from the world. The river is popular for all water sports, and there is excellent fishing, lovely walks, mountain bike trails and horse-riding nearby. The backyard also has four loungers, excellent for lazing around on sunny days. - The property walks out onto its own private jetty and slipway completed with seating, allowing for fishing, or enjoying the sunrise and sunsets with the mirrorlike river as its backdrop. - Say goodbye to loadshedding, as the cottage has its own backup solar power, free firewood as well as uncapped Wi-Fi. - Two bedrooms are appointed with queen beds, whilst the third bedroom creates its own slumber-party for children with 2 sets of bunk beds.
