You are renting an entire apartment. LR-30x14, Kitchen/DR-30x12’. BR 1 has 2 queen beds. BR 2 has 2 twin beds. There is a door to a small covered porch off this room. (Stairs for emergency use only). You have your own entrance. You will enter front door by keyless entry. Close to the bus lines. Community pool 2 streets over. 20 min. To Niagara Falls or Seneca Niagara Casino . Also Buffalo Creek Casino. We do have option for early check in/out if available for $20.00 hour. Free parking in street Please remove shoes upon entering carpeted areas. There is Central Air Conditioning through out the apartment. (Please do not open windows if you have the Air Conditioner or Furnace on- thank you) There is a reading area in living room and a desk in the Dining room. No smoking or Vaping in Apartment, you may smoke on the front & back porches. Receptacle provided. No loud music allowed as we live Downstairs. There is 1 TV in Living Room. A VCR is connected with a variety of movie choices. Fully functional kitchen - Refrigerator, Stove with Oven, Microwave, pot, pans, dishes, utensils. Coffee pot , Tea pot, Toaster, Electric Mixer. Please load the dishwasher before you leave.. A Pack n Play is available in closet for your use. . Please sweep or mop up any spills. Bathroom has Shower, Tub, Blow Dryer, Towels and Wash cloths. Ironing board and Iron in closet. Please lock doors and windows when not in apartment and when checking out. . Only those names on the reservation at the time of rental may stay there. NO Pets allowed at this time. Please do not rearrange any of the furniture. A new door Code will be provided for your stay. We have self check- in with keyless entry. Language- English. Free Parking is allowed on the street.( you made load and unload your vehicle in the driveway).FYI, I have a small sewing/embroidery/Quilting studio in my basement. Please leave the beds you used unmade when leaving. Thank you. The price per night reflects 4 adults, additional guest up to 2 is $20.00 per night per guest. No one not on the reservation should be left in the home without the person that is renting my home. No additional person to spend the night if they are not on the reservation. This is for safety and insurance. And sadly I need to remind guest that no children are to be left alone unattended in the home. If you need a baby sitter I will provide references. You may sit in our chairs and swing in the driveway. Also on the patio in our backyard off the garage. (When open). We just ask that you leave it tidy. We the owners live on the 1 st floor.. We leave a bottle of water for each guest. Additional beverages and snacks available for additional charge. Breakfast Resturant Sophias within walking. Also several Resturant’s close by. Including Mooneys ( which was featured on Diners & Dives) there are 2 breweries nearby. Tim Hortons ( a coffee and donut shop is accross the street. Several Shopping malls with in 20 miniute drive. You are close to, Downtown Buffalo and Niagara Falls. There is a Temple next door that Monks live in . We have a Connivence store around the corner and a Salvation Army ( thrift store) accross the street. Target is close by. We are Close to Downtown Buffalo where there are the Sports Venues,. Close to Allentown which is noted for quaint shops, eateries and Theaters. Also there is a Laundromat down the street. 2 Casinos with in a 15 minute drive and 2 more about an hour away. Close to bus line(Bus stop accross the street) on Military. Also Uber, Taxies No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Parties, Quiet time 10pm-8am. You may smoke outside, receptacles are out there for cigarette butts.
