The space Must face traffic when parking in street with in 10in. to curb. Please remove shoes upon entering. There is Central Air Conditioning & Heating throughout the apartment. (Please do not open windows if you have the Air Conditioner or Furnace on- thank you) There is a reading area in living room and a desk in the Dining room. No smoking or Vaping in Apartment, No illegal substances. You may smoke on the front & back porches. Receptacle provided. No loud music allowed as we live Downstairs. There is a TV in Living Room. A VCR is connected with a variety of movie choices. Fully functional kitchen - Refrigerator, Stove with Oven, Microwave, pot, pans, dishes, utensils. Coffee pot , Tea pot, Toaster, Electric Mixer, Food Processor and more. Please load the dishwasher before you leave. A Pack n Play is available in closet for your use. Please sweep or mop up any spills. Bathroom has Shower, Tub, Blow Dryer, Towels and Wash cloths. Ironing board and Iron in closet. Please lock doors and windows when not in apartment and when checking out. Only those names on the reservation at the time of rental may stay there. NO Pets allowed at this time. Please do not rearrange any of the furniture. A new door Code will be provided for your stay. We have self check in with keyless entry. Language- English. Free Parking is allowed on the street.( you made load and unload your vehicle in the driveway).FYI, I have a small sewing/embroidery/Quilting studio in my basement. Please leave the beds you used unmade when leaving. Thank you. The price per night reflects 4 adults, additional guest up to 2 is $20.00 per night per guest. No one not on the reservation should be left in the home without the person that is renting my home. No additional person (without prior approval) to spend the night if they are not on the reservation. This is for safety and insurance. And sadly I need to remind guest that children (18 & under) are NOT to be left alone unattended in the home. If you need a baby sitter I will provide references. Guest access You may sit in our chairs and swing in the driveway. Also on the patio in our backyard off the garage. (When open). We just ask that you leave it tidy.
