The space ＊Maximum Occupancy Up to 12 guests can stay. ※ If you send a request to change the number of guests after the reservation is confirmed, please be sure to notify us via message. ＊Parking Parking for up to 1 vehicle is available. Please contact us in advance. ＊Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire building and all rooms. If smoking is detected, a cleaning and deodorizing fee of ¥30,000 will be charged. ＊Luggage Please note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out. ＊Check-in: From 15:00 This hotel operates as an unmanned hotel. Information regarding the check-in procedure will be sent via email or through the booking site message by the day before your arrival. If you have not received the instructions, please contact us again. ＊Check-out: Until 10:00 Late check-out may be available depending on availability (¥1,000 per hour, up to 2 hours). If guests staying multiple nights wish to request garbage collection, please notify us via message by the day before. We will provide instructions to ensure smooth handling. ☆In accordance with Hokkaido and Sapporo City regulations, the following accommodation tax must be paid separately on-site starting April 1, 2026 (per person, per night): ・Under ¥20,000: ¥300 ・¥20,000 to under ¥50,000: ¥400 ・¥50,000 or more: ¥1,000 The accommodation tax is included in the room rate. ☆Parking Disclaimer The property assumes no liability for any damage incurred while using the parking area, including vehicle break-ins, theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings. If a guest causes damage to a third party while using the parking area, the guest shall be responsible for handling and compensating for such damages at their own expense. If illegal parking is confirmed, a penalty fee of ¥10,000 will be charged by the management company.
