Come and spend a weekend with friends or a family vacation in this carefully renovated stable located in a former farmhouse. In the heart of a village in the Pays de Caux (8 min from Yvetot), it is ideally situated to travel from Rouen (35 min by car), Le Havre (50 min), Etretat (45 min), Veules-les-Roses (25 min), and Honfleur (45 min). You will find everything you need there to enjoy the great outdoors, the Normandy countryside, and its beaches. The charm of the old, the comfort of the modern The space 🏡The former farmhouse stable is composed of three bedrooms including one on the ground floor with an en-suite shower and toilet room. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have a second shower room and separate toilet as well. 🛌Note that I can put two single beds together, put a mattress topper and transform the room composed of 4 single beds, into a room with a double bed 180*190 and two single beds. Park your car in the courtyard, which closes with an electric gate. (3 parking spots available). 🚗🔌 Note that an electric vehicle charging station is available on site. There is a fee for recharging.🔃 🧸📚You will find books and board games on the upstairs landing, for children and adults alike. 🍽️The kitchen is new, furnished and equipped for 8 people (dishwasher, washing machine, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, induction stove, oven, raclette and pierrade machine, blender, everything you need to cook, etc.) 🌷 It opens onto the living room, which leads directly outside: a terrace, table and garden furniture await you there, along with a BBQ, fire pit and sun lounger, from April 1st to September 30th. 🏓🎯⚽🚴🛴you will also have at your disposal, outdoor games for children and adults (petanque, molkki, darts, cornhole, ball, etc.) trampoline and swings, seesaw, ping-pong table, soccer goal, scooters and children's bike. 🌳 The entire garden is at your disposal; just note that you will have to share it with our feathered and furry friends 🐶🐣🐔🐱 🚼👶 To make your life easier and not take up too much space in the car, a highchair, baby bed, bed rail, booster seat, toilet seat reducer and potty, as well as a baby bathtub, are available upon request and free of charge if you need them. Just let me know before your arrival, and I will set up all this equipment for you. I can also add a safety gate at the top of the stairs. 🛌💤You will find the beds made for your arrival, and towels and linens are provided. 🐕🐱🐥🐮As I also live in this farmhouse, in the "manor house" behind the renovated accommodation, I will be available for any questions about sightseeing in the area or to show you my vegetable garden and introduce you to the animals. The house consists of three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Other things to note As I cannot accept all pets due to the presence of my own, you can still contact me so that we can discuss this and see if I can accommodate your pet. The garden furniture and outdoor play equipment are stored for the winter from October 1st to April 1st.
