The stable of yesteryear

In the heart of a small village in the Pays de Caux (8 min from Yvetot), this carefully renovated stable, in an old farmhouse, is ideally located to travel between Rouen (38 min by car), Le Havre (47 min), Etretat (47 min), Veules les Roses (24 min), Honfleur (45 min). For a weekend with friends, or a family vacation, you will find everything you need to enjoy the great outdoors and calm of the Normandy countryside, beaches... The charm of the old and the comfort of the modern. The space 🏡The former farmhouse stable is composed of three bedrooms including one on the ground floor with an en-suite shower and toilet room. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have a second shower room and separate toilet as well. Note that I can bring two single beds together, put a mattress topper and transform the room consisting of 4 single beds, into a room with a 180*190 double bed and two single beds. 🅿️ you can park your car in the courtyard that closes with an electric gate. (3 parking spots). 🧸📚You will find books and board games on the upstairs landing, for children and adults alike. 🍽️The kitchen is new, furnished and equipped for 8 people( dishwasher, washing machine, dolce gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, blender, induction stove, oven, raclette machine and pierrade, everything you need to cook etc...) 🌷It opens onto the living room that leads directly to the outside: terrace, table and garden furniture await you with a BBQ, brazier and deckchair from April 1 to October 15. 🏓🎯⚽🚴🛴Also available, outdoor games for young and old ( pétanque, molkki, darts, cornhole,ball etc .) trampoline and porticos, rocking, ping-pong table, soccer goal, scooters and children's bike. High 🚼👶chair, crib, booster and baby bath are available upon request and free of charge. 🛌💤The beds are made for your arrival and towels, linens are available. Also 🐕🐱🐥🐮living in this farmhouse, I will be at your disposal for any questions about sightseeing in the area or showing you my vegetable garden and meeting my animals. see you soon and look forward to meeting you. Guest access 🏡The stable is located in the farmhouse where I live and has its own terrace and grassy area. 🅿️There is also free parking for three cars and the property is closed by an electric gate. 🚸Guests can access all green spaces and outdoor games. The house consists of three bedrooms, one on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom and a separate toilet. The other two bedrooms are upstairs and have a shared bathroom and separate toilet. Other things to note I cannot accept all pets due to the presence of my own, however, you can contact me so that we can discuss this and see if I can accommodate your pet. garden furniture and outdoor games are winterized from mid-October to early April.
