Other things to note Please be aware : *Checkinis performed online. About 10 days prior to arrival time (or immediately if it is a reservation for less than10 days) we will send you an SMS where you will be asked to approve our hosting agreement and attach the following documents (ID./passport/tourist visa). *The vacation home is only for families, parents + children, if you are not a family please contact our service department to confirm/ cancel the reservation. Please note- if it is discovered that you are not a family upon arrival at the property, we may cancel the reservation immediately without any refund. * In accordance with the tax laws in the State of Israel, Israeli citizens and residents will be charged a 17% VAT VAT exemption will be given exclusively to those with 2B visas (tourist), 3B, 4B, and diplomats upon presenting the documents. *We may charge a security deposit at our discretion based on the size of the reservation. * After booking, you may receive a call from us to make sure your reservation details are accurate.
