Elegant newly renovated loft in the heart of the center of Milan, located on the first floor of a building with a lift. A perfect solution for those who want to visit the city for pleasure or for work. Very well served by public transport, a few minutes walk from the Cordusio metro stop and the Cadorna station, from which the connection to Malpensa airport and Milan Cathedral leaves. Guests will enjoy an enviable location and unique accommodation! *NO PARTIES* The space The loft has a double entrance door, once the first is opened we find the external space complete with plants and flowers, beyond which there is the access door to the property. Upon entering we immediately find the fully equipped open kitchen and a room including a dining area, with a sofa (which can be transformed into a bed if necessary), a Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a beautiful glass table and an area dedicated to the coffee machine. Nespresso coffee and a kettle, with tea bags, capsules and sugar available. The open space continues with another room with a double bed, a desk useful for those who need to work and a wardrobe, there is also the possibility of separating the space via a large sliding door, for those who want more privacy. A staircase leads to a mezzanine where there is another double bed and a room used as a walk-in wardrobe, convenient for storing your objects or clothes. The bathroom is equipped with modern sanitary fixtures and a large shower cabin, guests will have at their disposal a courtesy set with shampoo and shower gel and a washing machine. The loft is air conditioned with heating and air conditioning. Guest access Guests will have the entire property at their disposal.
