L'Arcelle – 50 meters from the chairlifts

The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent, in Chamrousse, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 m², an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you! The space The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 20 m² with TV, double sofa bed and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, microwave oven, hotplates... - A bedroom with two single beds - A shower room with shower and WC Outside : - A balcony of 8 x 1,5m, facing south west, on which the living room and the bedroom look out. A table is available in the living room cupboard to enjoy a meal outside. The flat is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment, 50 metres from the chairlifts. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets... Activities : Winter: skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing Summer: hiking, via ferrata, trail, cycling, bike park, accrobranche, horse riding, paragliding, tennis, spa, water ski lift, paddle hire, escape-game... Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Bus line to Grenoble with a stop near the residence - Nearest train station: Grenoble SNCF station, 50 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Grenoble Alpes Isère airport 1h10 by car Other remarks : - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - Ski lockers available.
