This thoughtfully designed townhome gives you the comfort of a home right in downtown central Salt Lake City (including a private garage). Great walkability, photo locations, nearby freeway & public transit down the street with Ski resorts 20 minutes away. Right outside your door is a coffee shop, bars, restaurants, & SLC’s TRAX transit with fast access to the Airport. Please let me know if there are any snacks you’d like for breakfast and I’ll try my best to have some ready for your stay! The space You have full access to the entire home. Including a full smart garage. Guest access Entire home with access to guest street parking & Garage. You also have access to the in-garage electric car charger. Other things to note We are happy to host our guests as well as their furry friends! Because of the extra cleanup needed, there will be an additional 50$ charge for your stay as apart of the cleanup fee. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet with you for your stay. There will be additional fees if there is any carpet needing to be cleaned. Lost or replaced garage door opener is a 50$ fee.
