The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate 2 more people. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the apartment there is also a large bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower. The space The idyllic village community of Fischbach bei Dahn is located in the district of Südwestpfalz in Rhineland-Pfalz. As a state-recognized resort, Fischbach offers a wonderful opportunity for a relaxing holiday in the middle of the picturesque Palatinate Forest. This quiet location creates the perfect conditions to recover and recharge. Both hikers and cyclists get their money's worth here, because the Wasgau, with its numerous cycling and hiking trails, historic castle ruins and enchanting lakes, offers the optimal starting point for unforgettable tours through the breathtaking nature. In the Wasgau, climbing enthusiasts will find optimal conditions. The enchanting Wasgau Rock Land is home to a variety of rocks with different structures and levels of difficulty that cater to climbers of all levels. The lovingly designed apartment no. 2 is located in the basement of our vacation home and offers direct access to the spacious terrace. With an area of about 74 m², it offers enough space for up to 4 guests. Our cottage is located on a quiet side street with low traffic, and all shops for everyday needs are within easy walking distance. The bright and friendly living and dining area invites you to relax. Here you will find a spacious couch, a dining table for 4 people and a large smart TV. From there you can reach the spacious terrace, which is located on the sunny south side of the vacation home. On the cozy seating areas you can start the day with a delicious breakfast outdoors or end the evening with a picturesque sunset. Comfortable sun loungers are available for additional relaxation. In the back of the terrace you have the possibility to grill. A barbecue is available for this. In addition, there is a covered area with a large table and seating for up to 12 people. The terrace can be used by all guests of our 4 apartments. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, cutlery, porcelain dishes, contact grill, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, thermos and egg cooker. The apartment also has a spacious bedroom and a daylight bathroom with shower. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe with mirror. In addition, a baby cot as an extra bed and a high chair can be booked for a fee. In the daylight bathroom you will also find a hairdryer and a practical laundry rack. The pull-out sofa bed in the living and dining area can comfortably accommodate two more guests. The couch can be converted to a cozy sleeping place (about 140x200 cm) using a topper. Dogs are welcome in this apartment. We have provided food bowls for your four-legged friends in the apartment. Four generously designed parking spaces are available for our guests right in front of the cottage. If the parking spaces in front of the house are occupied, there is the possibility to park on the side of the road. Our WiFi is at your disposal for free throughout the cottage. In addition, the cottage has a basement where your bikes can be safely and dryly accommodated. There you will also find sockets where you can charge your e-bikes for free. The basement is located on the back of the house and is accessible via the terrace and a side path. There are no stairs to climb. No smoking throughout the cottage. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in your booking. However, you have the opportunity to add it through our guest folder. We would like to point out that we do not make the beds in advance, but provide the fresh linens for you. This procedure allows you to see for yourself that these are fresh and carefully cleaned linens. Allergy-friendly pillows, blankets and mattress covers are provided by us at no additional cost. Of course, you can also bring your own bed linen and towels if you prefer. If you would like to bring your own bedding, please note the following dimensions: Our duvets are 135 x 200 cm, and our pillows are 80 x 80 cm. Optionally, you can also book a cot including bedding and a high chair for children. All optional extras can be added comfortably via your personal guest folder. The fees are as follows: • Bed linen - Set: €10 per person per booking. • Towels - Set (1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, 2 washcloths): €5 per person per booking. • Baby cot and high chair: €10 per day.
