We live and work in the county so will be very available for anything you need via phone/text, however we do not live on premises. Located on HWY 42, we are across the street from Greens & Grains Health food market, Harbor View Park, up the hill from the Marina, and nearby numerous shops and art galleries. Egg Harbor is on the West/Bay side of the peninsula with warmer beaches and more amenities than the Lake/Quiet side. You will have one designated parking space in the lot behind the building. Additional street parking is available. The unique angles of the apartment are a charming feature, but may be a nuisance for anyone over 6' tall. Your little one is welcome if you can bring a pak 'n play. The apartment is on the 2nd floor so you have one flight of stairs to enter.
