The space 🏡 Cozy and Well-Equipped Space Our 160m² homestay is thoughtfully designed with a charming pastel ocean blue theme, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Three Bedrooms: Includes a spacious master bedroom and two cozy standard rooms, accommodating families or groups of friends. Fully-Equipped Kitchen: Cook up a feast with our complete set of kitchen tools. Air-Conditioned Comfort: All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning to keep you cool during warm summer days. Washing machine: with washing and drying function, ensuring convenience for your long journey and making your stay even more comfortable. Charcoal Grill: Ready for you to enjoy a delicious BBQ feast with friends and family. Inflatable Floats: We provide 10 floats to ensure your safety while having fun at the beach. Parking Area: Spacious with a roof cover, comfortably fitting up to 3 SUVs. We’ve also especially arranged comfortable lounge chairs for you to relax and enjoy the sea view. Additionally, hammocks are available for those who love to sway gently under the rustling casuarina trees. Guest access You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your favorite meals. We also offer access to the laundry room for guests staying 3 nights or more, with both washing machine and dryer available for your convenience. Free parking is available just 70m from the house, making it easy for those traveling by car. Feel free to enjoy the beachfront garden, with areas for BBQ and relaxation chairs to unwind and take in the stunning sea views. We hope you enjoy a truly relaxing stay, feeling completely at ease and right at home. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out: Check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Noise: Please keep noise levels down after 09:30 PM to respect our neighbors. Pets: We welcome pets at our homestay! Please ensure they are well-behaved and that you clean up after them. Maximum Guests: Our homestay can accommodate up to 12 guests. Please do not exceed this number. Safety: In case of emergency, the nearest fire exit is located at the back of the house. A fire extinguisher is available in the kitchen for your safety. Laundry and Kitchen Use: Feel free to use the laundry room and kitchen, but please clean up after yourself.
