On the main floor are the master and 2 other bedrooms. The spacious and private master bedroom includes a master suite bath with large walk-in shower. The well-appointed kitchen and open living room, as well as 3 more bedrooms, are on the main floor. The "Dorm" room includes 3 twin beds, 1 full and a twin trundle bed for all of the kids to stay. There is a large loft on the 3rd floor overlooking the living room with a 50" TV, Foosball, a game table and 3 couches in a reading nook. Downstairs there is a full laundry room and plenty of places to store your essentials and adventuring gear. The house is fully air conditioned and includes many essentials to make your stay enjoyable. Such as: • (7) Flat screen TV's, each with Cable and DVD • Well stocked Kitchen with abundant cookware and utensils. • Appliances including Keurig Coffee maker (With pods), Microwave, Crockpot(s), Instantpot, Griddle, Toaster, and more. • (6) cell phone charging bank (USB-C, Micro USB, and Apple) • Pack'n'play, high chair, and baby gates • Toiletries - Including shampoo, soap and handsoap. • Board games Kids and adults will find the lava features and large pine trees to the rear of the house to be exciting to discover and play on.
