This property is located near Freiberg (5 km) - 40 minutes by car from Dresden. A terrace with garden is available. You'll love our place because of the beautiful interior and because you have the house to yourselves. Ideal for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and solo travelers. Especially on weekends, it is very quiet. It is an ideal place to relax but also conveniently located to visit various highlights of Saxony. The space Welcome! We're glad you might be a guest in our vacation home. Yes, as a family, we use our house as often as possible ourselves and the rest of the time we offer it for rent. We feel comfortable there and we hope you will too. You will stay with us on 2 floors. On the upper floor, there are the two bedrooms and a large bathroom. On the first floor, you can relax in the large kitchen-living room. The couch can be pulled out, so there is an alternative sleeping option here. Satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available. There is also a small bathroom on the first floor with a second shower as well as a washing machine and dryer. Household items are actually all there - some things have to be looked for (the kitchen has many cupboards :-) ) A highchair and a travel crib are provided. Right by the house, a large terrace and garden are at your disposal. There are picnic chairs and a picnic table. It is particularly nice to sit under the large maple tree in summer. Small children are welcome to use the slide and sandbox at the house. There is also a playground with a slide, swing, climbing scaffolding, seesaw and small Tyrolean 400 m away. Bicycles can be stored dry under a wide roof overhang. The nearest shops are 3.5 km away - a Penny market with a bakery/butcher on Halsbrücker Str. 31 in Freiberg. A good bakery is also 3 km away on Hauptstr. 17 in Halsbrücke. If you have any questions / requests / needs, don't hesitate to reach out to me. Guest access You live in the house completely alone - but we are always available by phone. Other things to note Our house has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a normal double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m. Bedroom 2 has a sofa bed 1.40 x 2.00 m. In addition, a 0.90 x 2.00 m mattress is available, which can be flexibly placed in one of the two bedrooms or in the living room. The couch in the living room can also be pulled out and used as an alternative for sleeping. A travel bed for toddlers is also available. For families with 3 children under 18, the 3rd child stays free! Simply book for 4 people and specify the 3rd child in the welcome text.
