So don’t question your practice, all levels are welcome, our team of well-experienced teachers will offer you full support in your journey. 100 HOURS YTTC GOA OVERVIEW (HOLISTIC HEALING & THERAPEUTIC YOGA) ▪︎Worldwide approved Yoga Alliance 100 Hours Holistic Healer and Therapeutic Yoga Teacher Trainer Certificate will be provided at the end of the course. ▪︎Therapeutic Yoga Sessions will be conducted at intermediate level. ▪︎Philosophy, Anatomy & Asana Alignment sessions will be conducted at intermediate level ▪︎Pranayama's, Mudras, Mantras & Meditation sessions will be conducted at intermediate level ▪︎Daily assignments and homework will be given to do self study ▪︎Course manuals, study guide and mantra sheet will be provided ▪︎Almost all the classes will be conducted at yoga hall in school and few classes will also be conducted on the beach 100 HOURS YTTC GOA DETAILS (HOLISTIC HEALING & THERAPEUTIC YOGA) ▪︎Every course will always start on Sunday's and will always end on Saturday's (02 weeks) ▪︎Taxi Pick-up and Drop service will be provided for free to & from the goa airport, madgoan railway station or nearest bus stop ▪︎Jala Neti Pot and Thermos water bottle will be provided for free. ▪︎All the course material including yoga texts and course manuals which will be required during the course will be provided. ▪︎Yoga mats, yoga bolsters, pillows, blankets, yoga belts, yoga blocks, yoga towels will be provided during the course ▪︎Next to the Yoga hall, changing room will be available only for yoga students, if required before or after the yoga class. ▪︎Next to the Yoga hall, Washroom and Toilet will be available only for yoga students. ▪︎All rooms has attached washroom as well and free wi-fi service. ▪︎Free Wi-Fi will also be available for students in Yoga Hall as well ▪︎Medicines and First aid kit will be available for the students. ▪︎Not all sessions are mandatory. Keeping in mind the nutritional values and following the guidelines of ayurvedic science, we have prepared a wide spread and variety of indian food which satisfies not only the taste of your tongue but also gives you energy during the course. There will be 03 meals served everyday apart from sundays and on the checkout day. All the meals will be vegetarian. For those who're vegan alternate foods will be prepared on demand. Note - Non-vegetarian food will not be served in our school. OUR ACCOMMODATION Private Rooms with Hot Shower & Wi-Fi Your room will be reserved at on site accommodation, where the Yoga Centre is located at Agonda, Goa, India, on first come first serve basis, if all the rooms are full at on site accommodation, your accommodation will be arranged in the immediate neighbouring guest houses very close to the school. Private rooms will be provided, where you're also allowed to share your room with your family, friend or with other student, only after taking the permission from our management team. All the rooms are provided with hot shower facility and free Wi-Fi is available.
