The farmhouse is 4 km from the center of the village of Sant'Angelo in Pontano, a strategic point halfway between the mountain and the beach, a 20-minute drive from the ski resort of Sarnano and 40 minutes from the sea of Porto San Giorgio, Porto Sant'Elpidio and Civitanova Marche. The property is ideal for those looking for a vacation in contact with nature, for those who want to enjoy the sun and relax on the 100-square-meter panoramic terrace, equipped with a solarium and a table for lunch. The "Casale San Martino" was born from the idea of welcoming our guests in an old farmhouse recently rebuilt according to anti-seismic standards, respecting the construction tradition of our land with stone walls, ceilings with exposed wooden beams and terracotta floors.
