The location is in the heart of Holden Beach with the beach access, community park, basketball courts, Sunday Night Concerts, several restaurants -all within a short walk. The space Upon entering the homes first level you will find a large laundry room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedrooms one and two each have one queen bed and bedroom three has two queen beds. The middle and main living level has a spacious open den and kitchen area, dining room, sitting room and half bath. The fully stocked kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and plenty of seating for all. Also on the main level is the large master suite with its own private access to both the front and back decks and a luxurious bathroom with a claw foot tub and separate tile shower. Entering the top floor you’ll find another sitting area with TV, a secondary master with king bed that has access to an amazing upper level deck, a full bathroom and a large spacious bonus room with four twin and two queen beds. Outside you will find comfortable seating to take in the views, your own private pool and a large back yard perfect for striking up a fun game of corn hole.
