If you smoke, please do so outside. If smoke is detected inside the house a penalty fee of $400 applies. BBQ Stove Usage Notes • A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged for the use of the BBQ stove. • We provide only the BBQ stove and gas cylinder; all other utensils must be brought by guests. • Guests are responsible for replacing or refilling the gas cylinder if needed during their stay. • To use the BBQ stove, please confirm the setup time with us 2–3 business days in advance. • Clean the oven and kitchen after use; otherwise a $80 fee will apply. • Furniture should not be moved around the house and utensils, crockery etc. not to be removed from the premises. You will be liable for any damage caused from the moving of furniture and bond charged accordingly. • Check-in and key-collection instructions will be emailed before your arrival. • All doors and windows need to be closed and locked when you go out. • Please turn off the air-conditioner and lights when you go out. • Any loss of keys or remote controls has to be reported to us immediately. Charges of key or lock replacement may be imposed if keys or remote were lost, damaged or not returned to the lock box. • Early check-in may be arranged (is subject to availability) with prior consent from us, and additional charges will be applied. • To ensure your comfort and convenience, we have provided an initial supply of essential amenities such as toilet paper rolls. Should you require additional supplies, you can find local stores nearby where you can easily purchase them. • To maintain a mature and responsible environment. we have set a minimum age limit of 30 years old for bookings. The host reserves the right of final interpretation. • A security bond will be required. By confirming your reservation, you have read and agreed to adhere to these rules prior to booking. Failure to comply with these rules could result in the loss of your deposit and/or being asked to leave the property.
