Our house is 500 years old and is surrounded by gorgeous scenery, the beautiful river Kolpa and is close to the Adriatic sea. Here you can experience the pure energy of nature, flower gardens and visit the castle Kostel. You can hike in the old forests of Kočevsko and Risnjak National Park as well as fly-fish in the Kolpa and Kupica river, or just enjoy in the garden. The space You’ll love our place Flower garden in Fara because of vintage atmosphere, quiet places, rich natural energies, nice people, cute animals, flowers and old fruit trees. "Podliparska house" is waiting to tell you her long story. The house name “podliparska” comes from the old limetree that grows behind the house. The house has been simply renovated while keeping as many of its original features as possible. The sun-drenched small balcony with a table named “gančac” is the perfect place to sit with an early morning coffee or herbal tea. “Hiša” is the big room with a farmhouse stove and three single beds; “kambra” is the small room with two single beds and a cot. In between is open plan kitchen and dining. The kitchen has some basic food supplies and the fridge is full. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. The balcony has a delicious and productive grape vine and you can collect vegetables and flowers from the garden. We are animal friendly and our family has a lot of cats and dogs. Guest access Podliparska house is great for holidays for families with small children, nature lovers and travellers heading towards the Adriatic sea.
