Very cozy wooden house on 2 floors, built in 2015, in a spacious holiday complex, on the outskirts of Murau (Styria), Kreischberg ski resort 4 km away, Mur bike path in front of the door, hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, infrared sauna, fully equipped kitchen, partially covered sun terrace with jacuzzi, mountain panorama, sounds of the Mur and private garden with ping pong table. IMPORTANT!!! Linens & towels, tourist tax and pool cleaning included in cleaning fee. Guest access This is a detached vacation chalet. Guests therefore have access to all the spaces in the house as well as the terrace, jacuzzi and garden with ping pong table and use this alone. No sharing with other guests! The house has a modern photovoltaic system to support the power supply. In addition, there is the possibility of charging electric cars directly at the house. The wallbox is activated by the home owner. The "refueled" electricity is not included in the booking rates of the house, but is billed separately on site.
