Welcome to The Bullhead Boho! A unique three bedroom home backed up to a tranquil green belt with lakes for fishing less than a quarter mile to the main highway or our private launch and beach. Nestled in Palo Verde Meadows, our home sleeps 8 completely comfortably with space for hanging out in the backyard, or playing shuffleboard or family dinner on the oversized vintage dining table. The space Three bedrooms all complete with a warm, modern Boho theme feature memory foam beds with two of the bedrooms having French doors out to the backyard that overlooks the green belt to walk you pet or stroll to the nearby lake. The long driveway allows you to bring your water toys. A shuffleboard table, dartboard, smartTV, board games can keep you or the kids occupied. Master bedroom: Cal King bed, attached bath, smartTV, baby crib, pet crate Bedroom 2: Full-over-full bunk beds Bedroom 3: Queen bed Pets are welcome, we charge a $100 pet fee for the extra cleaning (two dogs max, no cats) Guest access The house sit just off Highway 95 with easy access to the nearby stores and restaurants. Other things to note We live in an HOA that has some strict rules, so here’s the not-so-fun stuff: - Trash day: Thursday. If you’re staying here, please put the trashcans out and place them back on the side of the house as soon as possible. - Quiet hours: 10pm-7am. No loud music. - Pets MUST be leashed on the greenbelt and waste promptly disposed of. - Marina: Abide by no wake zone. - Leave ducks alone. - Fishing is catch and release with barbless hooks. - Do not park on sidewalks. - Do not park on empty lot next door. Any violation of the HOA rules that results in a complaint or citation to owner will result in forfeiture of $500 deposit. The garage has some of our personal items and isn’t accessible at this time. My wife has asthma and there is absolutely no smoking in the house of any kind. Upon booking to rent and stay at this property, I agree on my own behalf, my family, any and all guests, and invitees that I am fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death. I hereby release and hold harmless the property owner and its members, principals, agents, officers, employees, and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) as well as the owner of the property.
