The space The apartment is on the second floor and is structured on two levels. On the first is a large living room with fireplace, two sofas, one of which is a bed, a table, a kitchen with equipped washing machine and a bathroom (with toilet and sink). On the second floor is a large bedroom with a terrace overlooking the lake, the second bedroom and a large bathroom (with both shower and bathtub, toilet, sink and bidet). A few meters away, there are food shops, a wine shop, a restaurant, a pizzeria, a pub, a tobacco shop and Rocca Monaldeschi Castle. From the house, you can also visit the village on foot. Both the historic center with its characteristic village and the lake with its beaches. From the lake you can take beautiful walks, enjoy the sun, swim or take a boat trip. Other things to note An extra payment of the accommodation tax of €2 per person per day is required for the first 7 days, to be paid at the property. Children up to 10 years old and those over 80 are excluded from paying the tax. It is not possible to arrive by car right in front of the apartment as it is located in the historic center.
