This apartment is about 40 sqm The space and is in the basement. Ideal for 2 people (on a sofa with bed function, another person could stay)and can be reached at ground level. In the entrance area you will find a cloakroom. The apartment has 1 bedroom with wardrobe (sliding door with mirror) and a solid wood bed 160 x 200 cm. You sleep on high-quality 7 zones cold foam mattresses and slatted base. The kitchen is full with microwave, induction hob, kettle, fridge/freezer, cutlery, dishes, pots, wipes, coffee maker, table and chairs. Here is a wood-burning stove with soapstone trim. The living room has sat tv and sofa with sleeping function. You will find a modern bathroom with almost walk-in shower, sink, toilet and natural light. Here you will find a small selection of hygiene items upon arrival. Linens and towels are already included in the rental price. The apartment is cleaned by us once a week. Cleaning supplies can be found in the apartment. In front of the house you will find a comfortably furnished yard with sitting area and smoking area. One parking space is available in front of the house. Do you have an electric car? Then you can load your car directly with us, just contact us about this. Weilburg is geographically located between the Westerwald and Taunus lowlands. Our apartment can be found in a quiet side street of Ahausen. In the village itself you will find a bus stop about 300 meters away.
