Hot water is provided by LPG boiler. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Cellular coverage is guaranteed at least externally by some of the major telephone operators. The house is easily accessible by car with reserved parking space. Large lawn available, no barbecue. There is no presence of baby cribs. The sleeping area is accessed by a staircase. In the town of Roncone, the main services are available such as: pharmacy, supermarkets, gas stations, tobacconist/journalists, bars, pizzerias/restaurants. There is no wifi or fiber internet connections. Pets are accepted.
