This bright and light renovated 1940's house in Hibiscus St is located less than a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach and restaurants at the Urangan Pier. This family and pet friendly house (which is on a 1000m2 block of land) has all you and your family needs for a quick escape and better yet, short walking distance to coffee, beach, restaurants and the pier. Full linen and towels are provided. The house is cleaned and maintained by a professional third party. It is managed by owner host. The space Welcome to Hibiscus House at the Urangan Pier. This cute house is only a two minute walk away from the beautiful esplanade, beach, fishing pier and the restaurants that go with it. The great location offers fabulous choices for dinner including takeaway from the plenty delicious restaurants on the esplanade and a handful of fish and chip shops. You are spoilt for choice on where to eat it including enjoying it with your family in the private back entertainment area or on the beach next to the pier. Hibiscus House provides full linen and towels, professional third party cleaning/maintenance and is a complete house on over 1000m2 of land. The house has two bedrooms and a sunroom (this is an open space with no privacy from the lounge) which features a single bed that converts to a large Queen. The whole house is for your private use. The air-conditioned (brand new) main bedroom has a queen bed, new smart TV and features the charming queenslander windows with a large brand new modern ensuite and wardrobe. The air conditioned (brand new) second bedroom boasts two king single beds with a ceiling fan and cupboard. The third room/sunroom (as it has no privacy, no door or wall, only a sheer curtain) from the lounge or front entrance) has a single bed that converts to two joined single beds or a large queen. This area is airconditioned from the lounge and there is also a pedestal fan. The renovated new kitchen has all the modern appliances including oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, large fridge, large pantry and dishwasher. There is seating for 6 at the large dining table. The cosy lounge room features comfy leather couches that can seat six and a large smart TV with airconditioning and fan. The back outdoor covered entertaining space is on a large concreted ground level and has a fence all around it, perfect for children or your pets. It also has a six seat outdoor table and chairs. There is a Ziggy bbq for your use. Outside of the fenced entertaining area, the back yard is also fenced and the front yard is also separately fenced. The house includes a washing machine for your use. There is also have a thick foam single mattress that is easy to move around for extra guests or children (great for movie nights!). All linen and towels are provided and a complimentary mid change of linen/towels and a light clean is provided for stays over 14 days. There is a portacot and a high chair available for use. Guest access The whole house is for your use. The garage at the back is locked and unavailable for guests. Other things to note Please note: There is an external camera that faces the front gate and vehicle gate to ensure guest numbers, pets, unwanted parties and security during non guest stays. Any tampering or removal of the device will result in an immediate termination of the stay. Total maximum guest count is 6 including children due to the size of the house. Hibiscus house is pet friendly so if you are allergic to pet hair please be aware that this house may not be suitable. This house is very old, and will require constant supervision for small children around the windows and doors (if they are open due to the height of the ground and weight of the windows). The Telstra NBN Internet is temperamental and I am unable to guarantee internet. Please note you may need your own dongle or to hotspot off your phone if required. There is a slight ramp to get up into the driveway. If you have a low set car or sedan, it may not be accessible to park in the driveway. There is plenty of street parking available. Rubbish bins may be moved to the road for kerbside collection by a third party. The maintenance team may also complete lawn mowing during your stay. Prior notice will always try to be given before garden or rubbish tasks take place however not always guaranteed.
