Our cozy townhouse, which is nestled between the Leitha Mountains and Lake Neusiedl in a beautiful park, can accommodate 3 people. The 55 m² property is divided into an anteroom, bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet and a spacious air-conditioned living/dining/bedroom which is equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a filled coffee machine, a double bed and a sofa bed. Other things to note This room is extended with a light-flooded conservatory which is an additional living room with dining area and living area facing south-west and thus you can enjoy the evening sun and the magnificent view of the garden. The sofa bed in the conservatory offers an additional sleeping option for a 4th person at a small additional cost. You can also enjoy the sun's rays on the terrace and end the day comfortably on the sun loungers. Dogs are also welcome in our house, but they must be kept on a leash outside as the property is not fenced. Free parking is also available nearby. Also included is the Burgenland Card. With this you get, for example, free admission to all lake bathing facilities, free municipal bus, as well as various bus and train connections, free or reduced admission to all museums and exhibitions in Burgenland, and much more. Within 50 minutes by car you can reach all the seaside resorts around Lake Neusiedl, Vienna, Bratislava and Sopron, the Steppe Animal Park in Pamhagen, the village museum in Mönchhof, the outlet center in Parndorf, the family park and Roman quarry in St. Margarethen, the lake festival in Mörbisch, Rust to its historical center, our state capital Eisenstadt and numerous other sights.
