Our cozy townhouse, which is nestled between the Leithage mountains and Lake Neusiedl in a beautiful park, can accommodate 3 people. The 55m2 property is divided into anteroom, bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet and a spacious air-conditioned living-dining-bedroom, which is equipped with a fully equipped fitted kitchen including a fully equipped fully fully automatic coffee machine, a double bed and a sofa bed. Other things to note This room is expanded with a light-filled conservatory, which is an additional Living space with dining area and living area is oriented to the southwest and thus the Evening sun and the magnificent view of the garden can enjoy. The sofa bed in the conservatory offers an additional sleeping possibility for a 4th person at small additional cost. You can also enjoy the sun rays on the terrace and close the day on the sun loungers comfortably. Dogs are also welcome to welcome you in our house, but they must be kept on a leash in the outdoor area as the property is not fenced. A free parking space is available nearby as well. The Burgenland Card is also included.
