The beach access is a short walk away. On the beach, walk north toward the mouth of the Alsea River and hunt for the perfect piece of driftwood. Head south on the sand and you can walk for miles (eight to be exact)! Not ready to turn around? Continue up the steps and onto the famed 804 walking trail which takes you along the rocky basalt tide pools and into the town of Yachats where you can enjoy a great meal and an ocean view. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. Sweet Homes does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home, but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3 dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation and are requested through Airbnb Resolution Center. Sleeps up to 6 - 3 Bedrooms, 2 King (one King can be split into 2 Twin beds with advance notice), 1 Queen and 1 sleeper sofa in the living room; 2 Bath. Vehicles: Licensed for 4 (strictly enforced) Winter: 2 night minimum; Standard & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. *Each home is individually owned.
