The apartment is on the first floor without an elevator and is equipped with a large living area that includes the kitchen equipped with every comfort, the smart TV and the sofa bed, all overlooking the balcony. There is air conditioning in the entire apartment and the master bedroom features a comfy desk corner. In the windowed bathroom there is both the shower and the bathtub. The apartment, renovated and with a balcony, is located on the first floor without an elevator and is characterized by a bright open space that embraces and combines the kitchen with the living room. The kitchen is well stocked and equipped with everything you need to cook, such as dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, dishwasher, induction stove, oven and microwave. The Nespresso kettle, toaster, and coffee maker complete the offer and give special attention to the guest. The living room includes the sofa bed, smart TV, and dining table. The entire living area overlooks the balcony where there are coffee table and chairs: here you can enjoy a good coffee and read a book. The sleeping area, on the other hand, consists of a large and comfortable wall-mounted wardrobe, the double bed, and a nice desk corner for work or study under the window. Finally, the windowed bathroom is equipped with a sink with mirror, washing machine, toilet, bidet, bathtub and shower cubicle.
