Two Living Areas Inside ----------------- The beach house features two distinct living areas inside spread over two floors, providing ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Large windows and glass doors allow natural light to flood in, creating a bright and airy ambience. The downstairs living room has a large screen TV, which is the perfect cinema room, a dining table and a study desk. Spacious Kitchen and Dining ----------------- The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a chef's delight. It's ideal for preparing meals and snacks during your stay. You'll find all the necessary utensils and cookware to make your stay as convenient as possible. Four Light filled Bedrooms ----------------- Our beach house features four well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate a variety of guest preferences. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed for ultimate comfort and relaxation as well as air-conditioning. The second bedroom offers a versatile king-split bed, which can be configured as either a king-size bed or two single beds depending on your needs and air-conditioning. The third bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a cozy queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom is perfect for families or groups, featuring bunk beds for a fun and comfortable sleeping arrangement. Please note this bedroom is not air-conditioned however there is a standing fan provided. Exterior and Outdoor Living Areas ----------------- The outdoor living area/balcony upstairs is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The communal table is great for long lunches and family meals. The outdoor lounge is the perfect spot to relax, read a book and enjoy each other's company. As you enter the front yard, you'll find an inviting hammock where you can sway in the gentle sea breeze, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach, and a pet-friendly artificial lawn. Two Bathrooms ----------------- We have two newly renovated bathrooms with showers, toilets and basins. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub.
