Charming villa of 105 sqm located on two levels, can accommodate up to 5 people. The property is located in Quercianella, surrounded by the green pine forest and the scents of the Mediterranean maquis. Just 800 meters from the sea! The accommodation consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, two bathrooms, balcony and large furnished garden. 2 parking spaces on site! The space The 105 sqm villa is situated on two levels. Please pay more attention if you are travelling with small children to the stairs/steps inside the property. The interior space is divided as follows: FIRST LEVEL: - BEDROOM 1 with double bed, large wardrobe, access to the garden; - BEDROOM 2 with single bed, chest of drawers; - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, table with chairs, access to the garden; - KITCHENETTE with gas stove, refrigerator with freezer, moka coffee maker, dishwasher, oven, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses; - BATHROOM 1 with shower, bidet and toilet; - GARDEN furnished with table and chairs, deckchairs and armchairs. SECOND LEVEL: - BEDROOM 3 with double bed, wardrobe, bathroom (2), access to the balcony; - BATHROOM 2 (steps to access) with shower, bidet and toilet; - BALCONY with small table and chairs. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, independent heating, 2 portable fans, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, washing machine, covered outdoor shower, electric car charging station. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and to pay the city tax (€1,00 or 1.70€, depending on the seasonality per person per night of stay). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F).
