Dine in the floral dining nook or relax in the multipurpose sunroom featuring games, yoga mats, seating, and an electric fireplace. The home also offers a reading nook, front porch seating, and a covered back patio. The den includes a large sectional, pool table, and projector movie setup. Guests also have access to a walk-out basement and backyard with a hammock, hanging chair, dining table, grill, cornhole, private putting green, and a year-round hot tub with lighting. Bed & Bath: The home sleeps up to 12 (8 in beds, 4 on couches with bedding provided). The primary bedroom has a queen bed, workspace, and an attached half bath. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. Additional sleeping includes a living room futon and couch. The main level also includes a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms - one with two twin beds and one with a twin bunk bed. Additional sleeping available on the downstairs sectional, which can sleep two. As well, the basement includes a bathroom with a glass-door shower. Bathrooms include essential toiletries for guest use. Blossom Bungalow is at the center of a triangle consisting of Downtown Denver, Red Rocks Park and Amphitheatre, and Boulder, and is 20 minutes away from each locale. Other things to note Dogs are permitted, with a $100 total fee per dog. Please reach out if you are planning on bringing one or multiple furry friends with you for your stay. The fine for an undisclosed pet brought on your stay is $1,000 Blossom Bungalow has a Ring doorbell facing the front patio, along with one exterior security camera above the garage facing the front of the house, and one exterior security camera on the back wall facing the back of the house. No cameras are inside the property. Cameras are motion-activated, with recordings stored in the cloud for a month. Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside or in the hot tub, and will result in a fine (minimum $1,000). Smoking in the backyard (excluding the hot tub) is permitted. No parties permitted per Airbnb regulations.
