It's a newly furnished, fully equipped welcoming space for all who wish to experience Ljubljana in all its exciting glory, as it's conveniently placed just 2,7 km from the city center, but also wish for a calm place to sleep afterward. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a one-floor house in a compacted neighborhood with a private entrance and free parking space. The space The apartment is located in a one-story house, in a compact neighborhood, easily accessible from the motorway. In the house are three more apartments and an office. This apartment is located on the ground floor but unfortunately, it isn’t suitable for a wheelchair. Guest access This is a private apartment, with a separate entrance, and free parking space in front of the house. You will have the entire apartment for yourself and also full privacy. In front of the entrance is a small walled terrace where you can relax. Other things to note As with many other European cities, The City Municipality of Ljubljana requires us to collect Tourist Tax. In our case, Tourist Tax is not included in the price and is paid through Airbnb request at check-in. Children under the age of 7 are exempt from the Tourist Tax. For children aged from 7 to 18, the tax is halved, which currently amounts to € 1.57 per night. Tourist Tax for adults is € 3.13 per night. On the day of arrival due to local laws, you must hand over your personal documents (passport or identity document), in case of self check-in, send me a copy of your ID/passport documents with a picture, first name, last name, date of birth and country and document number to send to the police and tourist office. A copy of legal documents is mandatory for all guests visiting Slovenia. You must send me a valid copy of your documents with all the necessary information before your arrival.
